Rider: Max Schaaf

Max Schaaf is a legendary skateboarder known for his unique style and commitment to DIY skate culture. He grew up in the Bay Area and started skating at a young age, quickly gaining recognition for his powerful and creative approach to street skating. Schaaf was a member of the famed Black Label Skateboards team in the 90s and has since gone on to found his own skateboard company, 4Q Conditioning. What I admire most about Schaaf is his dedication to building and maintaining skate spots and his commitment to authenticity in skateboarding. He’s a true icon in the skate community and a great inspiration for anyone looking to push the boundaries of what’s possible on a skateboard.
